My family and I decided to get lunch here today, and the experience and food was terrible! (Please note that my family is only 3 people.) So, today we drove there for a lunch because it is my favourite kind of ramen. We wanted to dine in because it was cold outside. When we come in we see 2 tables available, so we sit at one thinking that someone willl come up to us to take order. Instead a guy that packs orders comes up to us to say that we need to order at register before sitting down. That’s kinda fair because the place is not like a regular restaurant, it is more like a building with many small restorants, (like a court food but not in the mall.) So, we come up to the register to order. The girl that took our order (lets call her Kia) asked if it is to go or dinne in, we say that it is dinne in, but she goes “We have a wait list of two people and the wait time will be around 30 minutes.” We couldn’t wait 30 minutes so we just ordered take out. So Kia gives us the receipt and a number, and so we wait. (After that about 15minutes passes, and we already been there for 20. And Kia still hasn’t called anyone at all for the tables) Then we see an employee cleaning the table off, (so

I'm surprised that there are any bad reviews for this place. I eat here at least once a week and it is 10/10 every time. I typically order the classic ramen with pork. The broth is rich, flavorful and delicious. It's always fresh tasting and I crave it if I haven't had it in a while. It is walk up ordering and a casual atmosphere, They keep very busy so I have no expectations on how long it should take or how friendly the staff is. I just want their ramen!

Silverlake Ramen has easily become one of my go-to spots after a long day at work. I usually order the ramen with a side of gyoza, and it never disappoints. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are always cooked perfectly, and the gyoza comes out hot and crispy every time. There’s just something super comforting about this place that keeps me coming back. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly, and the food is consistently amazing. Definitely a 10/10 and a spot I’d recommend to anyone craving good ramen.

We love going to Silver lake ramen but the staff always messes up our order. I ordered a classic ramen bowl and I got something completely different. We took it to go and forgot to check while we were at the collection and got home and saw they messed up our order. We tried calling from home and no one answered. I know what the classic ramen looks like and they gave us the wrong ramen. We're just disappointed that this is the 3rd order of ours that they mess up.

Food is good but Service is mediocre Cashier has a “i don’t care” attitude, he asked us wait for him to do something that doesn’t seem important. There were couple of people behind us but he didn’t seem to care. He told us the wait for food is 20 to 25 minutes, even tho there is a table available and it didn’t look busy. My half egg is missing a good chunk at the time it served as shown in picture :(
